the breakfast had much variety. the hotel staff upgraded my room, a great surprise. everything was clean and the services were great.

The hotel called me ahead of time to check my dietary needs. Early check-in was approved but the room was not ready. i waited over two hours past the scheduled check-in time. The first room i received had a horrible smell.

the location had close proximity to a private beach. the hotel provided a shuttle to nearby shopping centers. there was convenient access to local attractions and transportation options, so it was easy to explore.

the fitness center featured modern equipment and offered personal training sessions. the outdoor pool included a swim-up bar with many different drinks. complimentary access to the sauna and steam room was a benefit.

the staff at reception was helpful the check-in process was smooth

i was disappointed that the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly it took them two hours to fix it at 2 am the noise from fixations above us prevented sleep i expected better from a hotel like this

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The hotel allowed early use of all facilities after our arrival before check-in time. We received a complimentary cake for our anniversary. It was delicious. The room had smart features to control lights and curtains with touch switches. The hotel has direct access to long walks along the sea and shops.

The hotel charged me twice for the final bill after a system error, so I had to request a refund from my bank.

The bathroom in our suite featured two separate sinks, a privacy door for the toilet, and a large shower alongside a bathtub. The bed was super comfy. Touch switches controlled lights and electric curtains, all within easy reach.

The hotel offers three distinct pools, one specifically designated for families, keeping the others more adult-focused. The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes, great for workouts. Sunbeds by the pool and sea accommodate many guests.

The reception team was responsive and helpful. The cleaning staff maintained our room perfectly. They fitted to our schedule each morning, so the room was always super clean and fragrant and that was AMAZING!!!

i loved the ronin restaurant it had amazing food and service. its interior was beautiful. the management seemed attentive and always worked to improve the service quality i noticed. manisha at the desk was also such a great help

the breakfast process felt inconsistent, and the team did not feel professional. the facilities felt too cold because there were tiles everywhere. the housekeeping staff was not supportive, i couldn't even borrow scissors

the 'luxe sea view' room was a joke. It had NO view of the sea unless i REALLY leaned out. the check-in WAS A TOTAL disaster as well. NOT good.

professional staff amazing view luxurious upgrade

i appreciated the staff especially prajay he was really professional and helpful he made my stay nice i will surely come back thanks to him i also liked the room it had an amazing view and was very beautiful the hotel upgraded my room it felt luxurious with pleasant staff i enjoyed the delicious breakfast too

i experienced a slight delay at check-in though the team worked hard to resolve it quickly their system had some issues and i had to wait a bit but the overall stay was fantastic
